Notes
From grand-niece, Martha Lee (Hopkins) Lanman: "James Athol Neill, my grandfather, had one older sister, Monta Lee Neill who was a teacher. She married Charles Royce, a lawyer, and had a daughter Mary Samanta (Royce) Bilby. Their other two children died in infancy, and a third at age 11. Mary Bilby lived to age 90."
