Biography
Joseph was born about 1821.

Marriage Register 1836-1844
Note: The handwriting for 1843 and 1844 is very hard to decipher. It appears the minister was elderly and his handwriting had become very shakey. There are overwrites and the letters not very clear in some cases.
Joseph was buried in Globe Cemetery in Motherwell, Lanarkshire, Scotland.[2]
