Education: Graduated from Guilford High School in Guilford, Missouri.
Religion: Member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints [R.L.D.S.] Church. Baptized into the RLDS Church on 21 June 1936. [Membership #55792]. Transferred out in December of 1950; Transferred back in about March 1965.
Military Service: World War II. Served in Italian Theater of Operations in United States Army.
Profession: Mechanic in maintenance department.
Lived: Guilford, MO ; Burlington Junction, MO ; St. Joseph, MO 1979-1993..
Cleo was first married to Betty Lou (Culpepper) Brooks in Robinson, Kansas.[1] They were divorced at Maryville, MO on 10 March 1950.
Cleo second married Alma Mae WIlbanks in September of 1950[2] [Marriage performed by Christian Church Minister Zada Hawley Nelson, M.G.] , and the two were later divorced.
Social affiliation: Member of the Rolla-Dick American Legion Post No. 315 of Burlington Junction, MO.
Funeral: 5 May 1993 at the Guilford, Missouri RLDS Church by Elder Kenneth F. Nelson, under auspices of Price Funeral Home, Maryville, MO.
