Biography
Elizabeth was born in 1834. She emigrated from Ireland to Australia with her husband and had her first child aboard ship on the voyage. They settled in Armidale but her husband abandoned her there in 1857 after an altercation. Her brother-in-law recounted that he had encountered her on several occasions for eight to nine years after 1857, the last in Sydney.
