Biography

Gladys is the daughter of George Nelson and Mary Frances Topley. Gladys married twice; first to John David Edward Vernon on 27 August 1937 in Vancouver, British Columbia; then to Hudson Ross Burney (1923-1985).

Gladys lived most of her life in New Westminster, BC where she owned and operated several successful beauty salons.
