Biography
Chloe was born in 1875. The daughter of Richard Nelson and Polly Perry.
She was the first wife of the Rev. Obie Tomblin whom she married on October 29, 1891 at the age of 16. Together they had ten children: Lucinda, William Albert, Sarah Elizabeth, Charity Jane, Robert Lee, Jesse Ernest, Lucian H., Andrew Jackson, Mary and James Perry Tomblin.
She passed away in 1915, about one month after the birth of her last child. Burial in Sol Perry Cemetery, Dunlow, Wayne County West Virginia.
