Biography
William was born on 12 Dec 1910 in Stanton, Texas, the fourth child for William T. Nelson and Bessie Hogue.[1]
According to William's obituary, he died on 22 Oct 1991. He was a resident of Petaluma, California at the time, and he was survived by his wife Bertha, his son Rholan, two grandchildren, and a great grandson.[2][3]
