"Digest of Will:— Real estate in Scarning unto Edmund Nelson my son which I late purchased of Mr. Robert Seeker, Francis Seeker, Thomas Bird and Richard Riches'. Charged with an annuity of 10 pounds' unto Mary my loving wife ' to be paid at or in the South Porch of Scarning Church. '
Unto James Nelson my Son ' real estate in Scarning late purchased of William Cheverill, and of Anne his wife, charged with an annuity of £5 to ' Mary my wife' to be paid in the South Porch of Scarning Church.
Goods and chattels bills mortgages ready money and personal estate to • Mary my wife.'
' Mary my wife sole and only Executrix of this my last will '
