Biography
Steven Nemsgern is a 3x great-grandson of Nicholas Nimsgern and Anne Lang, they immigrated from Farebersviller, Dept. Moselle, Lorraine, France in 1853, arriving at Port of New York on 27 December 1853 aboard the ship Art Union. They settled in Springfield Township, Clark County, Ohio.
Note: The children of Nicholas and Anne Marie changed the spelling of their family surname NIMSGERN to NEMSGERN and NIMESKERN
