Thomas Considine 37, born abt 1814, arrived 15 Oct 1851 on 'Earl Grey'. He was a farm labourer from Ennisdiarmond, Clare, Ireland. Thomas's parents were Michael and Mary, and both had died before this year. He arrived with his wife Mary aged 36 years - she was the daughter of Cornelius Nestor and Catherine Fitzpatrick, both deceased - and their children: Mustagh 18, Catherine 16, Mary 14, Margaret 7, Honora 5, Bridget 1, and Thomas an infant born on the voyage. Thomas had paid 20 pounds for the family's voyage.[1]
