Biography

Blondena was born in 1867. Blondena Neumann, Marriage cert states "Blondena". Birth certs of her children state "Blondina". Norm Emery photo states "Blondine". Death cert says "Blanche Caroline RUMSEY"

Separated from husband William Thomas hudson, and remarried to Charles Talbot Rumsey. Not sure if she used the name Blanch while married to William, but she did use Blanche on census while living with Charles, and Blanche also appears in her Obituary,
