He was the son of William Nevill, 1st Marquess of Abergavenny and Caroline Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone.[1] He was born on the 4th of March 1853.[1][2] He was baptised on the 29th of Sept 1853 at Frant, Sussex, England.[3] He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.[1] He died on 13 October 1927 at age 74 at Cheadle Royal, Cheshire, England, unmarried.[4][5]
