Family

William Nevill was born on 28 June 1792. He was the son of Henry Nevill, 2nd Earl of Abergavenny and Mary Robinson. He was baptised on 5 August 1792 at Isleworth, London, England.

Marriage

He married Caroline Leeke, daughter of Ralph Leeke and Honora Frances Harvey Thursby, on 7 September 1824.[1]

Achievements

William graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1816 with a Master of Arts (M.A.) He succeeded to the title of 4th Viscount Nevill, of Birling, Kent on 12 April 1845. He succeeded to the title of 4th Earl of Abergavenny, co. Monmouth on 12 April 1845. He succeeded to the title of 18th Lord of Abergavenny on 12 April 1845. He was the Vicar at Frant, Sussex, England. He was the Rector at Birling, Kent, England. He held the office of Chaplain to King William IV. [2]

Death

William died on 17 August 1868 at age 76 at Birling Manor, Birling, Kent, England.[3] He was buried at Birling Manor, Birling, Kent, England. [4]
