First wife, Hannah or Anna Symes, birth: 1695 / 1700, death: 31 December 1728, was married to George on 22 June 1725, according to Christ Church Parish records. Their children include Mary Neville and Elizabeth Neville , both born before the marriage to Mary Gibbs. Elizabeth's birth record shows her father above, but has Hannah instead of Mary Gibbs as the mother. Hannah {Anna} may have died from complications of childbirth from their second child, Elizabeth, which is an unverified opinion. Each child's relationship to father and mother is natural.
Second wife, Mary Gibbs [Gibbs-120], birth: 22 Apr 1711 in Christchurch, Middlesex, Virginia, death: 1778 in Fauquier, Virginia, was married to George on 20 Jun 1729 in Middlesex, Christchurch, Virginia, according to Christ Church Parish records. Some sources indicated that Mary Gibbs and George Neville's first child was also named Elizabeth Neville. Each child's relationship to father and mother is natural. Their children include:
The Will of George Neville was signed by him and Witnessed on 26 February 1774. The will was proven for probate on 27 June 1774. It is therefore taken as fact that he was alive when the document was signed and he passed before the will was proven for probate, establishing an approximate, but not definitive Date of Death.
