Per Bonnie Weant: He was Deputy Commissioner of Parks in Binghamton and lived at 25 Jerome Ave. Binghamton through his marriage. He was also featherweight champion boxer (alias Billy Burke) in Endicott in his younger years.
Agnes Mary Scanlon was born Oct. 15, 1907 in Carbondale, PA and died Feb 9, 1970 on Jerome Ave. in Binghamton. She was a supervisor at Bell Telephone for many years. Her parents were John Ambrose Scanlon and Mary L. Corcoran.
He and Agnes had two children; Mary Janice (living in FL) and William Peter Neville, Jr. (my first husband) who died in Charlotte, NC in about Sept. 1996 of cirohsis of the liver. He was a contract janitor for IBM for many years.
William and myself (Bonnie Frobel) had twins Andrea Lee and Annette Lee, born June 9, 1965 and both living in Myrtle Beach, SC.
