Biography

George Dana Newberry was born on the 15 August 1836 in Fulton County, Illinois, He was the son of Joseph Newbery and Margaret Kerns. On the 1st of July 1858, in Brown County, Illinois, George married Mary E. Whitehead.

George Dana Newberry passed away on the 16th of February, 1907 in Neosho Co., Kansas and was buried at Mount Hope Cemetery in the town of Galesburg.
