Biography
Robert Maxwell Newberry was born on 10 Jun1828 in Alabama. He was the son of James Newberry and Ann Rhea. Robert passed away in Cedar Ridge, Conway, County, Arkansas and was buried in the Center Ridge Cemetery, Center Ridge, Arkansas.[1]
1850 Census: Robert M. Newberry, age 21, is living with his mother, Ann Newberry (40), in Cherokee County, Alabama. Also in the home are Robert's siblings John C. (20), Elizabeth (18), Oliey C. (15), Martha A. (14), Mary J. (12), and Sarah E. (10).[2]
26 Sep 1861: Robert M. Newberry, age 33, and Kassandra M. Dickens, age 21, both residents of Conway County, Arkansas are married Conway County, Arkansas.[3][4]
1880 Census: Robert (50) and Cassandra (40) are living in Lick Mountain, Conway County, Arkansas where Robert is a framer. The record reflects that Robert was born in Alabama.
