In 1880 she lived in Grove, Iowa. In 1900 they lived in Hutton Valley Township, Missouri. In 1910 she lived in Hutton, Missouri as a widow with four of her children and two other children. In 1930 she lived in Blue, Missouri with her daughter.
Jolana passed away at an age of eighty-three on November 29, 1935 in Washington Township, Cedar County, near Humansville. She is buried in Mound Grove Cemetery.[4][5]
