Will Berkeley County, WV 1832 Where as I William Newbrough of Morgan County in Virginia. Being of proper mind and mine and memory and calling to mine the uncertainty of this life knowing that all men have once to die do make and consitute this my last will and testament in form and manner as follows. 1st I will that all my just debts and funeral charges be punctually paid. 2nd. I will that all the estate thay may be on hand at the time of my decease both real and personal shall remain in the hands of my wife, Ann Newbrough during her life but if she should think it must experiment to sell all in a part of the said estate she shall be at liberty to do so and appropriate the money to her own use after paying all the debts as Ann states but if no sale should be made she may at her decease dispense of all of her pleasure. And lastly I do hereby appoint my wife Ann Newbrough, My executor to see this my last will fulfilled hereby ratifying and confirming this my last will and testament making all former wills and testaments by me made in writing where of and have here unto set my hands and seal this day of February in the year of our Lord, 1832 signed and sealed in the presence of Thomas Barnett & Daniel Bailey.
