Nottingham PM , rec in mbrp21-12-1754 ANN NEWBROUGH; Quaker Records, Oct.20,1757, Nottingham Mouthy Meeting,ANN NEWBROUGH, Nottingham to Newark M.M. (Prior to 1754, Kennet Square M.M. called Newark).

From the Monthy Meeting of Women, East Nottingham:

Dear Friends the bear or here of Anne Newbrough having made request to us for a few lines by way of Certificate. These therefore may Cortase on her behalf That the Usual inquirey being made. We find that her Life and Consederation on hath been in good degree, (as far as we know) orderly andclear of Marriage, engagement and in Membership with us as luck we Recommend her to your Christian Care, Defering her Property in the Truth.

Certs received Sept. 6, 1766, Ann Newberry, single. Orphan Court Book, New Castle County, Del., Book D, Vol.1, page 300,1742-1761, "Settlement Waiting for Settlement of." "Came into court, JOHN NEWBROUGH, Admin. of the estate of ANN NEWBROUGH this county, Deceased,and produced an account of his admin. of the said estate amounting to the sum of sixty one pounds six shillings and nine pence by which being of examined and approved it appears that there is a balance of 38 pounds 8 shillings and 6 pence remaining in the hands of the said admin. to be disposed of according to Lannith interest for the sum from the first day of December 1769
