Biography
Eliza was baptised on 25 November 1859 at Hitchin, Hertfordshire, the daughter of David Newberry and Mary Warby.[1]
Eliza Newbury married William Hoffman on 11 October 1880 at Hitchin, Hertfordshire, England.[2]
They were living with Eliza's parents in Hitchin Hill, Hitchin in 1881 - David Newbury head marr 67 ag lab b Letchworth; Mary A Newbury wife 68 straw plaiter b Weston; William Hoffman son in law marr 23 Bricklayers lab b Hitchin; Eliza Hoffman dau 22 b Hitchin.[3]
She died in the March quarter 1886 in Hitchin age 27.[4]
