Loretta Newby was born in Lincoln, Illinois 15 Nov 1915 to Earl Newby and Maude Purlee. ^[1]

On 5 Feb 1935 she married Winfred Valentine in Macomb County, Michigan.

Loretta died on 18 Mar 1993 in Lansing, Michigan. ^[2][3]
