Jerusha Newcomb was born on July 24, 1751, in Wellfleet, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, the daughter of William and Vashti Newcomb.[1]
She married Benjamin Higgins (Higgins-1978) 9 Feb 1775. (Higgins, 1918 p. 198-9). Their children include:
