Biography

Arthur was born in 1889. He was the son of David Newland and Sarah Tompkins.

He served in WWI.[1]

He married Marion Browne.

He passed away in 1970.[2] He was buried in Oakwood cemetery in Troy, Rensselaer, New York.[3] According to his obituary, he was a retired brewery executive.
