DEATH OF HUSBAND: Richard PREEN died 7 December 1893 at the back of 318 Icknield Port Road. He was aged 64 years and an edge-tool-maker (journeyman). The cause of death was "influenza bronchitis" and the death was reported by Maria PREEN, widow of the deceased, who did not sign.[9]
