Joseph was born on 9th November 1898 at 26 Golden Lane, Dublin. He is the son of Joseph Newman (a fireman) and Mary Darcy.[1][2][3]
Joseph died at the age of two years on 11 February 1901 from congestion of the lungs. He died at his home 26 Golden Lane, Dublin.[4][5] He is buried in Glasnevin cemetery. [6]
