Biography
Walter Newman was born about 1888. He is the son of Henry Newman and Mary Pardington.
- In 1900 Walter Newman was living in Sturgeon, Owsley County, Kentucky, United States with her family on a rented farm. He was 11 (Jan 1889) born in Kentucky. His father Henry H Newman was 55 (Oct 1844) born in Kentucky, married 35 years, working as a farmer and can read and write. His mother Minerva was 48 born in Kentucky, has 4 children with 2 living and can read and write. The others in the home were siblings: Arthur 21 (Oct 1878); Josephine 17 (Oct 1882); Lou V 15 (Oct 1884).[1]
