Biography
Roy was born in 1943. He passed away in 2011. On May 19, 1969, Roy, or Bob, which he preferred being called, married Emma Mae "Dib" Chastain Harper. with the wedding taking place in Monroe Co. Tennessee. They raised one daughter. Bob passed away at the age of sixty-eight on Sept. 10, 2011.
