Biography
Alice was born in 1871. [1] (There was another Alice Newport registered in 1870 with mother's maiden name Britton).
In 1881 Alice was one of 10 children living with parents Thomas and Martha at 9 Balloon Hill, Barton Regis with 10 children. Thomas was a Mason. [2]
In 1911 Alice was a live in servant for the Pickin family in Hanham Street, near Bristol. [3]
Alice never married. She died aged 42 in 1912. Her death was registered in Bristol. [4]
