Biography
Moses was born in 1830. According to the regiment index for the 148th PA Volunteer Infantry Regiment, he was drafted and mustered into the Union Army on August 18, 1863. He passed away in on May 27, 1864 in Washington D.C. due to wounds received on May 10, 1864 at Po River leading up to the battle of Spotsylvania Court House.
