11 Jan 1854: Abraham Newson and Nancy M Farmer were married in Cole County, Missouri. The record notes that both Abraham and Nancy were residents of the Clark Township of Cole County.[2][3]
1900 Census: Abraham and Nancy (64) Newton were living in the James Creek Township of Marion County, Arkansas. The record reflects that Abraham was 69 years old born in Missouri during December of 1830, and that he had been married to Nancy for 45 years. Also listed as members of the household were one son and four grandchildren.[4]
