Biography

Elisabeth Rebecca Newton was born on September 13, 1845, in Meadville, Pennsylvania, her father, Roswell Moses Newton (1812-1888) and her mother, Rachel Stalley (1814-1900). She married John Hall, 6 Jul 1863, Rock Island, Rock Island, Illinois. She died on November 14, 1931, in Greenville, Illinois and was buried in Greenville-Fairfield Cemetery, New Bedford, Bureau County, Illinois.
