Sally first married Elihu "Eli" Durbin[1] in 1868 in Lee County, Kentucky. Eli died in 1890 and Sally was listed as his widow on the Veterans Schedule. Sally later married John S Howard. She was listed as a widow once again on the 1910 census as he had died that year.[2]
