Andrew was born in 1833 in Mullaghdoo, Islandmagee, County Antrim, Ireland, the son of James Niblock and Janet Magill. He was baptised on 27-Jun-1833 in 1st Islandmagee Presbyterian Church.[1]
In 1859 he married Ann McAlister in 1st Islandmagee Presbyterian Church. He was a mariner from Mullaghdoo, Islandmagee and she was from Islandmagee. The witnesses were John Hill and Mary Ann McCauley.[2]
Adrew passed away in 1878 in Mullaghdoo, aged 45 years from chronic hepatitis. He was married and a sailor.[3] He was buried in St John's Church of Ireland Graveyard, Islandmagee.[4]

Erected by Ann Niblock in loving memory of her husband Andrew Niblock who died 26th Augt. 1878 aged 46 years. The above-named Ann Niblock died 23rd September 1916 aged 84 years.
