Birt Leslie Nicholls, son of George Henry Nicholls and Fanny Maria Lewis, ^[1] was born in about January 1893 in Poplar, London. ^[1][2] He died in about May 1960, his death being registered in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. ^[3]
