In 1901, the family lived at Bolebridge Street, Tamworth, Staffordshire, England, the household was comprised of the parents Wm W. Radburn (says h's birth placed was Wednesbury, Staffordshire) and Mary Radburn and their daughter Carrie. She was a passenger of the Empress of Ireland on May 29th, 1914, when the ship sank in the St-Lawrence river near Pointe-au-Père. She did not survive.[4]
Mary's daughter Carrie Radburn emigrated to London, Ontario Canada and married there in August 1914.
She could not have been traveling to her daughter's wedding in London Ontario of August 1914, since the Empress departed from Montréal towards England in May 1914, not the other direction.
