On 2nd April 1842, James Wilcock married Fanny Nichols in the Church Clarence Plains, according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Established Church. James was a farmer, and Fanny a farmer's daugher. The ceremony was conducted by Thomas Spurr, Minister, and witnessed by G. Nichols and H. Wilkinson. [1]
