On March 14, 1714/15, Ephraim sold his estate in Hingham, having previously removed to Pembroke, Mass.
In 1716, he is mentioned in his brother, David Nichols' will.[1]
Probate
His inventory was taken on 23 March 1749 in Pembroke.[2]
In 1750, his estate is divided between his widow Susanna, and his children, Susanna Wadsworth, Hannah Ford, and Sarah Nichols.[3]
