This profile does not seem to describe a real person. She could not have been born in Delaware or Pennsylvania in 1705, as her parents hadn't moved there yet. Long before the alleged death of this Mary, Thomas and Mary (Ludford) Nichols had an actual daughter Mary. There is no reason to suppose that they had two daughters with the same given name alive over the space of some three decades or more.

This appears to be the incorrect Mary Nichols who married Israel Chauncey. He was also 60 years older than her. According to Torrey, the marriage took place in 1667, in Connecticut, before this Mary was even born. Torrey says Mary who married Israel (b in 1644) was born in 1648.
