L S Nicholson was enumerated at Post Office Dunns Rock, Henderson County, North Carolina for the August 6, United States Census, 1860. He was noted as born 1818. He was noted as a farmer and had $1000 in value of real estate and $400 in value of personal estate as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are female Elizabeth Nicholson, female Maryn Nicholson, male John Nicholson, female Susan Nicholson, male Lafayette Nicholson, female Martha Nicholson and male Joseph Nicholson.[1]
