[2] 1851 Census has John Nicholson (69) Labourer born Bishop's Norton and Charlottte Nicholson (69) born Newark, living at 14 Cairns Yard, St Mary, Newark on Trent, Nottinghamshire

[3] Has John Nicholson (79) Wood sawyer and widower born Bishop Norton, living with Johnathon Bell (50 year old son in law, wood sawyer born in Bishop Norton, Elizabeth Bell (46 year old daughter) born Newark) and John Bell (16 year old grandson - wood sawyer) born in Newark living at 4 Tomlinsons Yard, Cattlegate, Newark, Nottinghamshire
