He married first to Maria A. Ewer on 30 January 1880 in Sandwich, Barnstable County. She was the daughter of Benjamin F. and Temperance J. Ewer.[2][3]
He married as his second wife Ida Christina Lang on 07 September 1898 in Braintree, Norfolk County.[4]
Horace died on 28 June 1940 in Cotuit and was buried in the Mosswood Cemetery in Cotuit, Barnstable.[citation needed]
