To be Sold by public roup, within the Bell Inn, Haddington, on Friday the 25th day of April 1823, at six o'clock afternoon, under authority of a Decreet of Cognition and Sale pronounced by the Court of Session, in an action at the instance of ALEXANDER NISBET, only son of the deceased Alexander Nisbet, Flesher in Haddington, with concurrence of the , Factor appointed in the Sequestration

THE following Subjects which belonged to the said Alexander Nisbet

I.—The just and equal half of the DWELLING-HOUSE, YARD, and other subjects, on the north side of Tolbooth Street of Haddington, as presently possessed by Walter Ponton, coach wright. Upset price £160. II.—The just and equal HALF of that TENEMENT of LAND lying on the north side of the Crossgate of Haddington, as presently possessed by Miss Davidson, Alexander Nicol, and Miss Bower. Upset price £140.

The title-deeds and articles of roup are in the hands of Alexander Donaldson, writer, Haddington, factor in the sequestration; to whom, or to Donaldson and Ramsay, W. S. 73, George Street, Edinburgh, application may be made for farther particulars, ^[1]
