Helen was born about 1871 in Ireland. ^[1]She was the daughter of James Nisbet and Helen Forsyth.^[2]

She married Peter Baxter in Paisley on 31 Dec 1891.^[2]. They had four children.

Research Notes

The age of 81 recorded on Helen's death certificate in 1946 is not consistent with the information given on her marriage record and the 1901 census, which both indicate that she was born in 1871.

Although her marriage was registered in 1892, the actual date was 31 Dec 1891.
