The 1837 land deed below also mentions Zachariah Nixon and N. Nixon (witnesses), and primary parties Reuben Nixon and "my son Reuben Nixon", and Jacob Nixon and Samuel Nixon as holding land bordering that being transferred.
"N. Nixon" is probably "Nathan Nixon".
