I was born to Robert Bishop Noah and Olean Chapman White Noah on Sept. 26th, 1954, at Saint Joseph Hospital n Memphis, Tennessee, we lived there and until June 1963 @ 2144 Henry Circle, off Jackson Ave and Springdale Street. We were Methodist by faith, I attended K-3rd grade at Springdale Elem. School from Sept-1959 to May-1963, we moved to our brand new home my dad built, at 6207 Old Millington Road ( The Old Hwy 51 North), June of 1963, then I attended Lucy Elem. from 1963-4th grade to 1969-8th grade, then went to Millington Central High School for the 9th grade, 1969-1970 ( Busing n Shelby County had just started that 1st year at MCHS n 1969). My father told me and my sister, he was pulling us out of Public Schools and putting us n Woodlawn Terrace Baptist Academy. then we became Baptist, cause, dad said if he was going to send us to a Baptist Academy, he needed to support the Baptist Faith of The Southern Baptist Convention, so I went there from 1970 til when I graduated n 1974. Went to Memphis State University (Sept. 1974) and wanted to b an accountant, I had gotten fed up with farming w/ my parents, and thought I wanted a inside job - NOT!!! So I decided to become a Machine Design Engineer and after a tour n the US Army 1980 to 1983, I went back to college n Memphis, Tn and graduated n 1984 w/ a 4.0 grade average.
