A FALL OF FORTY FEET
Last evening a Ligoniel man named Edward Noble, aged about forty years, and employed at Messrs. Workman, Clark, & Co.'s, fell from some staging on one of the vessels in the course of construction, a distance of about forty feet. He was removed to the Royal Victoria Hospital, where it was found he was suffering from a severe scalp wound and concussion, and also severe shock. He lies in a precarious condition.

Edward born 21 Oct 1898 at Darlings Court, Legoniel, Belfast, Co Antrim, son of Edward Samuel Noble and Elizabeth Donnelly. [1]
