Biography
William Noble was born in 1642 in Kirtling, Cambridgeshire, England, according to parish records.[1] He emigrated to Maryland in the 1660's as did at least one brother,Isaac Noble. [2] It is possible they are uncle and nephew also. The close kinship is also suggested by baptismal records of their respective children at the same church, as well as both families sharing common names for several generations.
William Noble was married to Jennett. Both names appear on the baptismal record of their twins, Jonathan and Hannah Noble on 10 April 1686.[3]
Last Will & Testament Sons: Samuel and William (land to be divided between them), Joseph (land on White Oak River), James. Daughter: Hanah Noble. Wife and Executrix: Elisabeth. Witnesses: Robert Smith, John Starkey, Thomas Holston. Clerk of the Court: John Baptiste Ashe. 08 MAR 1709
