Felix Martin Alfred Noblet was born in 1906, in Samsun, in the former Ottoman Empire (Turkey). He is the son of Charles Noblet and Laura Peterson. He served as an able seaman in the Royal Navy and migrated to Canada where he became the Assistant Treasurer to the International Nickel Company of Canada.
He was married to Chattie D. (Noblet). They lived in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
