Biography
Blanca Duncan Noel (1917-1968), was the daughter of Lewis W. Noel and Natalie Duncan.[1] In 1939, Robert Taft Jr. married Blanca and they had 4 children. Mrs. Blanca Noel Taft lost a courageous two year battle against cancer, just 29 years and one day after her marriage to U.S. Rep. Robert Taft Jr.[2].
